Everything you need to know about buying, selling and using Venda safely.
Visit vendamart.com.ng or open the Venda app on your phone. You'll see the homepage with verified stores and product listings.
Browse by tapping Stores to discover verified sellers near you, or tap Products to see all available items. Use the category tabs (Fashion, Electronics, Food etc.) to filter by type.
Use the Search bar to find specific products or stores by name, category or location.
Tap any product card and click + Add to Cart. You can add multiple products from the same store. Note: each checkout is for one store at a time.
Tap the cart icon (🛒) at the top of the page or the cart banner at the bottom. Review your items, then tap Continue to Delivery.
Enter your delivery address and select your preferred delivery option — same city, same state, interstate delivery or store pickup. The fee is calculated automatically based on your location.
Tap Continue to Payment, review your order total, then tap Pay with Paystack. You'll be redirected to Paystack's secure checkout where you can pay by card, bank transfer or USSD.
After payment, you'll receive a confirmation notification and email. Go to My Orders (tap 👤 → My Orders) to see your order status in real time.
When the seller marks your order as delivered, you'll get a push notification. Check your order and if you're satisfied, tap Confirm Delivery & Review.
After confirming, the escrow payment is released to the seller. Leave a star rating and review to help other buyers make informed decisions.
✅ Never confirm delivery until you have physically received and checked your item.
✅ Use in-app messaging to communicate with sellers. Never share personal phone numbers or move conversations off Venda.
✅ Check seller ratings and tier badges before purchasing. Elite and Trusted sellers have the strongest verification.
✅ Raise a dispute if your item doesn't arrive or doesn't match the listing. Never let the 24-hour auto-release window pass without acting.
